We ship all over the World via DHL and FedEx.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas in Zimbabwe. Most of our deliveries are handled by a reliable courier service.
Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the City/Province drop-down to select your location from the list that appears. Your shipping cost will be calculated according to the weight of your order.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL?
The table below is based on orders which have been placed and paid on a working day before 15:30.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We ship all over the world from our facility here in Harare, Zimbabwe. Most of our deliveries are handled by DHL and FedEx.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
•We charge a door to door Delivery flat rate of USD $5 in Harare for orders less than a 100kg. After that USD $2 is added for every 1kg-50kg additional weight.
•Free delivery in the Harare City Centre.
•Chitungwiza, Ruwa, Norton & other outlying areas around Harare cost USD $8.00
•Delivery rate of USD 50 cents per kg Outside Harare to be collected by customer at Courier Company pickup points.
Note: Depending on the size of the order and distance involved additional costs may apply to your order. For example out lying areas tend to be more expensive to deliver to.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERIES DURING COVID-19?
We currently do not deliver internationally.
Due to COVID-19, travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. Deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions.
You will be given up-to-date delivery estimates once your package has been submitted to the courier.
MY PARCEL IS DELAYED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All our parcel deliveries are done via third party courier companies. This means that we cannot affect the operations of the third-party company.
Unfortunately parcel delays do and will happen, however we follow-up with the respective service providers immediately.
Please do not contact the courier company to enquire about your parcel.
We have a dedicated customer service agent from the courier company assigned to us who will follow-up all our delayed parcels.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow-up with the courier company.
Just place your Order # with Delayed in the subject line and send it through to us.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase.We invite You to review our policy on Refunds and Returns.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
