Description

This document’s existence is derived from section 27 of Statutory Instrument 174 of 1984 (The Companies Regulations) that reads thus “A return containing particulars of the register of directors and secretaries of a company or a notification of any change among the directors or secretaries or in any particulars contained in that register, which is required by subsection (4) of section 164 of the Act, shall be given in form No. CR14.” This section must be read together with section 187 of the Companies Act Chapter 24:03 (the Act).
